Here’s how it works:

  • We list your club’s gear on our site — tees, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and hats.

  • We bake in a 10% fundraiser for your club. Example: if a shirt sells for $29.99, your club gets 10% of that sale.

  • Fundraiser checks are paid out at the end of each quarter by check, along with a sales report. If you want an update before quarter-end, just ask.

  • Timing: It usually takes 1-2 weeks from when you reach out to when the products are live.

  • Coupon Codes: Want a special discount code for your members? No problem — just ask us and we’ll set one up.

Other important stuff to know:

  • We only use the same high-quality garments we sell every day. No cheap substitutions.

  • All items are printed on demand with either Direct to Film (DTF) or Embroidery — both are super durable and highly rated by our customers.

  • No minimums required — order one or one hundred.
    (Need bulk gear for an event? We offer discounts — just email us.)

  • We can use your existing designs or create new ones — no charge for custom designs.

  • Design approval: Any design using a university logo or graphic must be approved by the university before it goes live.

  • Sales price note: The 10% fundraiser is based on the actual sale price of each item (after any discounts), not the retail price.

What’s required from your club:

  • You must link your website to your custom gear page on our site.

  • You need to promote regularly via email and social media. (We don’t promote for you.)
